The 3% Interest and the corresponding monthly amortization pertaining to the socialized housing model, CASSIE – Rowhouse, is only applicable to qualified minimum and low-wage income earners under the Pag-Ibig Affordable Housing Program.
Equity payments can be paid @ Zero (0) Percent Interest from 12 to 16 months.
During reservation stage, we will prioritize those who participated in the Online Marketing Survey.
As of September 23, 2021, we are pleased to announce that we have already secured the Environmental Compliance Certificate from the DENR and the Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance from LGU Bayawan City for the housing project.
