Pag-IBIG Fund awards Philsouth Properties & Development Corporation as among the Top 10 Developers in the Visayas

The Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG) recently recognized top developers and employers in the Visayas during the 2024 Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) held in Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu City on Friday, August 9, 2024.

The Pag-IBIG StAR is held by the agency to apprise stakeholders from the country’s major regions of its accomplishments and recognize them for their outstanding contributions.

In this semi-annual event, Philsouth Properties & Development Corporation, a premiere and pioneering Real Estate Developer in Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental that has proven its prowess in building homes and developing communities the likes of Azumi Residences, Tierra Alta Residential Resort, Northville, Tanjay Uptown North Village, Westville Heights, and South Plains Subdivision, is recognized by Pag-Ibig Fund as the 8th Ranked Developer in the Visayas and was also awarded with the Highest Conversion Performance for accomplishing 100% conversion as of June 2024.

Philsouth likewise received the appreciation of Pag-Ibig Fund for sharing its message of unity with the Fund as the event’s Stakeholder Speaker.
